Currency
All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars, with VAT included. During your final billing, your account will be charged the total order amount.
All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount of your credit card account will be charged is obtained by converting the price in euros into Serbian dinar, according to the current exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight discrepancy from the original price stated on our website.
Terms of Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the ordered products, otherwise we will consider that the delivery is on schedule and on the day of planned delivery you will be charged the full amount of your order. Delivery
We provide shipping services within Serbia and worldwide.
Serbia – Shipping within Serbia takes 1 to 5 business days. Please allow additional shipping days during public holidays and the New Year shopping season.
All orders are tracked and shipped with Postexpress service. You will get an automatic tracking number once your order is ready to be sent. Tracking number is active when order is registered in the post system.
Shipping costs – Minimum amount is 420 dinars per order and is calculated by the package weight.
If you are not able to receive your package or the postman cannot contact you on the day of the receiving, the package will be held in your closest post office for 5 business days, after which period will be sent back to us in case you have not take it in the meantime.
Stowage will be charged by the post office for each day while the package is there.
If the package has a redemption fee, the post office will charge 1% of the total value of the package.
If you think your order is lost, please check with your local post office and the tracking number before contacting us.
Worldwide – Shipping has estimated time from 1 up to 8 weeks depending on the country and region. Please allow additional shipping days during public holidays and the New Year shopping season.

Important!
Orders can be tracked ONLY within Serbia and Europe!
Have in mind that when ordering from Serbia, you may be charged with customs clearance which value depends on your country’s customs office.
Once we hand over the mail to the post office, it is out of our control. If you think your order is lost, please check with your local post office before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders, and they cannot be refunded. The package may be re-sent at your expense if the items are available.
Delivery Issues
In the event that we are unable to make the delivery, because no one was at the address at the agreed time to receive the ordered products, the products will be returned to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount for the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.
If the person to whom we are sending a gift is not willing to receive your gift at delivery, the courier will return the order to our shop, and your account will be charged the full amount of the order and delivery. The order will be deemed completed.
Complaint Terms and Conditions
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us by email within 4 hours of delivery. We accept complaints only if you send us a picture and/or video clip of the problem you encountered, along with a written description. The product must be recorded as delivered, not half-consumed. Dechkotzar Online Shop staff in charge of complaints are required to reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail. If we find that your claim is founded, Dechkotzar Online Shop will reimburse you for the value of the order.
Refunds
The refunding of a customer who has paid using a payment card shall be partial or in full, regardless of the reason for the reimbursement. DechkoTzar Online Shop is required to make refunds solely through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment systems, which means that the bank will perform a refund at the request of the seller, to the account of the card holder.
